Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Squeeky Art. Because many items sold through this website are original artworks or limited-availability pieces, this refund and return policy is designed to be clear and fair while protecting the condition and value of the work.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible physical items within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging or similarly protective packaging. Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Original commissioned artwork
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Any item marked non-refundable on the product page

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@squeekyart.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Because many works are one-of-a-kind, exchanges may not always be possible. Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped or entered production. Commissioned, custom, or made-to-order work may not be canceled once work has begun, except where required by law.
